"Welcome to the first competition of EcchInvasion"

After we, the staff, have had some discussions, we've decided to finally host a contest. So the long awaited moment has arrived

What you have to do:
You have to, draw, paint, whatever you like, our groups mascot Chickita. You can find some examples of what she looks like in her own gallery folder in the group. Or you could click here
You need to make a scene with her. You can add other characters, have only her in the image, whatever. But please try to not have just Chickita standing there with a solid colour background. Make it lively/fun.
And one more important thing Chickita must stand out from the other characters. She should the main character after all.

After you have completed your entry, submit it to the Contest Entry Folder (which will be added to the gallery). If you submit anything into the contest's folder that is not for the contest or does not have Chickta in, will be deleted/removed without warning.

There is no limit to the number of entry's you can enter.
We will update this journal every time there's a new entry.

The deadline is the 31st of March 2013

How the winner will be decided:
Once the competition closes we, the judges of , will assess the entries.


What you could win:
1st Place: 800s + One character drawn by + Featured in the group + afrom
  2nd Place: 450s + One character drawn by + Featured in the group
  3rd Place: 225s + One character drawn by + Featured in the group

What will be assessed:
1. Creativity (Maximum of 20 points)
2. Originality (Maximum of 40 points)
3. Angle (Maximum of 5 points)
4. Suitability towards the character(s) (Maximum of 15 points)
5. Overall theme (Maximum of 20 points)
Total: 100 points
Winners will be determined by whichever entry has the highest points.

The judgement process:
All entries will be judged by giving points based on the five aspects of the above assessment points by the allocated judges.
The number of points it will be calculated, and the three highest total points shall determine the winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Some quick information, the contest will pass Valentine's Day & Chickita's 19th birthday so maybe you could use this idea for your entry. It's just a suggestion but if you use any of what has just been described above, you will get a plus point for your entry.
